We have gone back and forth trying to decide if we want to paint our apartment. If we do, we will 
have to repaint it to eggshell before we move out, if we don't, we will have all eggshell walls :/

I have tried googling more information on technique and tricks, but there isn't much info out there on it, that I could find.
Do any of you have any tricks or have you tried it or know of someone who has?
I REALLY want to just go for it, but am scared it won't turn out
